These terms govern access to the website diginetiq.digital and engagements with Diginetiq (“we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide application analytics consulting focused on digital operations intelligence. Published descriptions and prices are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or sell digital goods for immediate download. Any payment arrangements are handled offline under the proposal.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and deliverable templates remain our property until assigned in a proposal. Client data and systems remain the client’s property. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer as stated in that engagement’s documents.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information shared during discovery and delivery, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made solely on informational materials. Liability under a paid engagement is limited as set out in the proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a proposal specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
